Unable to loose weight after her 4th pregnancy, she under went Bariatric Surgery leading to massive weight loss and resulting in excess skin in her abdomen, which stretched both vertically and horizontally. She had also previously had a breast augmentation of which one implant had deflated and both breast had developed capsuler contractor. Dr. Mashhadian preformed a Fleur de lis Abdominoplasty along with a breast reaugmenation with capsulectomy to correct the existing breast concerns and remove her excess skin.
