Anesthesia: General Preoperative Diagnosis: Mammary Hypoplasia Procedure: Transumbilical Submuscular Implantation of Breast Prosthesis INAMED, high profile, round, smooth saline implants, size 350cc, were then inserted into the pockets with the help of the mammoscope. The right implant was filled to 360cc with sterile normal saline. The left implant was filled to 360cc with sterile saline.
