Anesthesia: General Preoperative Diagnosis: 1. Hypomastia and breast atrophy 2. Breast ptosis and 3. Breast asymmetry Procedure: 1. Peri Areolar, Retro pectoral insertion of breast prosthesis 2. Donut mastopexy with adjustment of areolae INAMED, Inspira, round, smooth silicone implant SRF size 345cc, was then inserted into the pocket of the right breast, and SRF size 325cc, was then inserted into the pocket of the left breast utilizing Keller Funnel.
